Return & Refund Policy

At Kaptured Kreations by Kim, we strive to provide high-quality custom apparel and products.

Custom Orders
Because many of our items are made specifically for each customer, customized or personalized items are not eligible for return or exchange unless there is a manufacturing defect or an error on our part.

Non-Custom Items
Non-custom items may be returned within 14 days of delivery if they are:

• Unworn
• Unwashed
• In original condition
• Have original tags attached

Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 5 days of delivery. Include photos of the item and packaging so we can quickly resolve the issue.

Refunds
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method after the returned item has been received and inspected.
